My name is Meric Mednick. I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and proud owner of FuellikeFit. I was once an overweight and self conscious person. For years I struggled with body image issues and staying on top of my health and nutrition. I took action of my life by pursuing a healthy lifestyle in the gym and kitchen. In the process of working out and eating healthy I was able to lose 90 pounds and put on muscle. Over my fitness journey so far I’ve learned and gained a lot of knowledge in training, nutrition and finding an outcome that works. Fitness and nutrition became my passion and my goal is to help others achieve their desired physique!
