There were times where I‘d feel lost or unsure about what to do in the gym. Meric taught me discipline and introduced workouts to me that I never did. He motivated me to better myself and from there I found my own passion in working out. Through a structured workout plan and his nutritional advice I became much more aware of different training and nutrition in general.
Meric is one guy I always strive to workout with. He’s consistent, motivating and pushes you to your highest level. He taught me the importance of macro nutrients and easy tasty meals to make for the gains. I appreciate his advice and knowing I always have him in my corner.
